Yup! Happy Birthday to me.  The sun is shining, about 80 degrees, what could be more perfect than that!

I'm new on the forum, I"v only posted once before.  I lurked for a long time before joining and have really seen how you support each other.

As you can see by my handle, yoyo, my life is like yours, up and down.  So much so,  that I feel like a d**n yoyo most of the time.  But today couldn't be better, I feel okay, the weather 's nice and today I'm 69.  Hey, that's better than 70, right?  But I told my husband,  the more birthdays you have, the longer you live!  Thank you Yogi Berra!

Happy Birthday Mary Lou, Glad you found the land of fibromites.

How great is it that the weather is nice and that you are feeling fine, that is worth
celebrating. Enjoy your day!!!!

Gotta love that Yogi, he is a piece of work. I read a book that had a lot of his sayings, had to laugh.

Hope this is your best yr yet, till next yr. smilewinkgrin
