Woke up in the middle of the night with lots of pain.  Everywhere but really bad in neck and shoulders.  Only change in my routine yesterday was I missed all my malic/magnesium pills.  I meant to take but I was really busy and had company and kept putting them off.  I usually take after I eat a meal but I just didn't yesterday.  Could only missing one day affect me like this?

Yes it can!  That happened to Jeannie a couple of years ago.  She was doing fine and went on vacation and didn't take the malic acid/magnesium with her.  She got in so much pain that she had to turn around and go back home to get them!

Well, this is a big learning experience for me.  No more skipping my malic/mag.  In fact, I am going to reorder some if the Puritan buy1 get 2 sale is still on.

I would forget to take them occasionally too, and I always felt so bad afterwards! I have been off them since the spring, when I went off all meds as I felt so good I thought this whole last year was a nightmare.
