Hi there- I have experience with all three drugs. Zanaflex didnt work well for me and if I remember right knocked me out. Flexeril has worked in the past, but the dosage had to go up pretty regularly and the dry mouth finally made me give it up. Methocarb, for me, was like taking a bite of air- it didn't do anything for me. I do know people, however, who took it and it gave them great pain relief and was a big sedative so they could rest. IF I had to go one today, I would be hard pressed to pick the best of the worst.
