O.k. I have carrots almost every night in my salad.  I have looked every where in my kitchen and I can't find the peeler.  It's driving me nuts.  I either threw it out, or my friend stole it, or it is in one of the bathrooms or bedrooms.  I'm loosing it shocked

George took it. That's what we say when something goes missing over here. Once I lost my glasses...I searched high and low...then one day voila..there they were on the floor of my bedroom. They were face up on the floor folded where I couldn't miss them. oooooEEEEoooo..

lol...when the kids were growing up and something went missing we got to saying, "Nobody" took it. You all know that person. Ask each kid and they didn't do it so that means that nobody did it! So from then on nobody got a capital N in his name.

ps...my trick works every time...stop looking for it and it will soon show up. the alternative is to go buy a new one and as soon as you take off the wrapper the old one will show up.

When daughter moved back in she would question why I had 6 pair of "reader" glasses all over the house and duplicates of most everything in the kitchen drawer. I told her it was because when she moved out I had no one to find my lost stuff so I needed back ups. LOL!

Ya know .... I still can't believe the driver's license thing sad    But I think it's around the house somewhere.  Got a replacement tho.

Hope the peeler turns up soom  yeah   Maybe my keys and license are there too  turn

What's a veggie peeler??? devil

Speaking of drivers license Rich, I had a wreck a couple years ago and the policeman noticed that the person at the DMV had spelled the name of our town wrong on my license. It had to be a fibromite that typed it in. shocked He told me to go get it corrected but I haven't, I will when it expires.

I think I would be a little nervous if my license was missing, don't they have your SS # on them too??? Hope you find the other one soon.

luv and hugs

For some reason my stuff seems to grow legs and run away. I remember one time I rented a video game from hastings and was so excited to play it (yea, I know, I'm 26 year old female mother who likes video games, espcailly ones on the Wii) and I put it down for a second when we walked in the door and went to put away some groceries and went to the bathroom and I came back and couldnt find it. I was yelling at my kids convinced they took it, tore the house apart. Come to find out, it was on the bottom shelf of my fridge, I must of accidentally put it there when I put some groceries away.... And I have no memory of doing that lol.
