hi,
I've not been on in a while as i'm in a terrible flare and can't type for long.
I've been back walking as even cycling hurts my arms too much with the rough roads around here.
So anyway, i was 5 minutes into my walk today and thought to myself.... jeez this bra is crap, my boobs are aching and theres just no support in this bra... idea Mental note, but some decent sports ones... I got home, threw off my clothes to get into the shower and realised, i wasn't wearing one shakehead ..luckily i'm not that big so the damage is limited.
I'm so dopey lately i need to start checking i'm fully dressed before going out!

Of all the things i've lost, i miss my mind the most! But it has its advantages!
Fibro, spinal arthritis and all that goes with it.

Title9 and FootSmart are my favourite companies to use for sports bras. Title9 especially has bras and other athletic gear for women of all shapes and sizes.

BOO-- LOL!! thanks for the great laugh!! I haven't gone that far but I know I'm capable of it! Some days if I do go out I'm constantly checking to make sure everything is "okay" because I can TOTALLY see myself going out without an important garment like that!

The other night at choir practice we tried on the gowns for this year's "uniform". After trying mine, I spent the rest of the rehearsl checking that my shirt wasn't on inside-out or backwards. I just know i'm going to do it one of these days!!!!

I wear oversized t-shirts so I tend to walk around the house without any pants. I've actually left the house and was half-way to work before I realized I forgot to put on my pants. I've gone to work with my shirts inside-out, backwards, buttoned wrong, with globs of toothpaste on the front, with two different colored shoes, with the X-large tape from the new shirt across my chest. Once I accidentally wore my husband's hiking boots to work, his feet are about 2 inches bigger than mine.

I've taken the towel off my head after a shower and then never combed it out. It's not an attractive look.

My teenage son only lets me know I've forgotten something when there is a chance we'll run into any of his friends. It's amazing that they let me out in public by myself.

FYI - Walmart sells sports bras in 3 packs for around $10. They last a long time and if you need more support, wear two at once. You get just as much support as the expensive ones for a fraction of the cost.
