just recently developed that interstitial cystitis or irritable bladder thing where it feels like you have to go all the time. part fibro thing, part menopause/hormone thing.

my gyno recommended vitamin a & d ointment (those of you with kids will know it as diaper rash ointment lol), which really helps. have to use it every day and best to use a panty liner so you don't get vaseline stains on your pants lol.

if that doesn't completely do the trick, try adding on an anesthetic spray like dermoplast. spray on your hand then apply around where it hurts.

Never tmi lol it's always good to know you just never know when that time of omg! what is this and what do i do? Better to just know and plus you can look smart when you pull the info from thin air hehe
