So, I've been having some health issues over the last couple weeks & going to talk to doctor tomorrow about some test results. But, now with the dreary weather over the last week I've been feeling really tired all the time and having alot to trouble with my feet and legs. The problem is... it seems to be spreading throughout my body. My legs, knees, & feet are terrible, I can hardly stand up let alone walk. Now this morning my right arm and neck started hurting. It's not the throbbing pain I'm used to. It feels more like all of my muscles are super sore. Every little movement kills me & my pain meds are not touching it. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know what else it could be except my Fibro though it's never acted like this.

Never regret something that made you smile!

So sorry you are hurting. The dreary weather doesn't help matters. You definately sound
like you are flaring. It is good that you will be seeing the doctor tomorrow.

I feel your pain, I've been flaring for a couple of weeks now. Over the weekend my Lupus
started flaring so I have a burning rash on my chest, swollen joints to go along with my
fibro flare. I am blaming it on the weather! Flares eventually pass but they are painful and
frustrating!

Hope you find pain relief soon!

Hugs

Robin

That's exactly how my flares feel. I tell my husband it feels like someone was beating me with a baseball bat all night. I feel sore from the tops of my feet to the bottom of my neck. Just sore and achy and as if I am bruised, but I'm not.

For me, what triggers it the most is not sleeping well.

Good God yeah. I told a co-worker that it was like being beaten with a hot baseball bat. Other
days it's more like drawing and quartering. One day it was like someone was trying to rip my
head off while 2 others pulled my arms out of their sockets. I sometimes get the steamroller
over the feet syndrome. Since the herbals I've done a lot better with very few doses otc or
pres painkillers. Today I have issues with the muscles in my arm sockets. I find self massage
to be very helpful, just put your finger down in the socket and massage the tendons until
they aren't so tight and the pain will lessen.

Kitty,
Have you tried black walnut for the rashes? It works for most rashes. I had one that was
eating my leg and I couldn't kill it and the black walnut worked.

Thanks Nana, for the advice on trying black walnut for the rashes. I have never tried it,
but I will. Luckily my rash is disapearing, they are generally short lived but irratating.

Boy, can I identify with your pain!  I often say it feels like I got run over by a huge truck, and then rolled over and over down a hill full of sharp rocks!  It's miserable.  Have you tried the malic acid tablets?  They really seem to help.

Hope you get to feeling better.

I feel like that today. I've got so much work to do before I go on vacation next week, even though I work from home I don't want to have to clean all week, I need some down time.

With my thumb area on the right hand hurting all the time I feel like I don't get anything done.

Lady,
I don't know if they are still available but Avon used to make a copper finger ring with magnets in it
that I used on my index finger. The pain in it was horrible and that really helped. Not too much problem
with my hands lately (thank God) but the shoulders are a bit rough the last couple of days. The weather
here in Upstate NY has been crazy.

Oh my dear Margie, there is rain in the forecast for tomorrow and Fri., again. shocked

Oh my gosh Beanley the top of my feet were hurting last night and I couldn't believe it, it's not like I walk on the tops.

Normally, my pain is from the waist up but right now it's all over.

Get out all your bed buddies, heating pads and whatever it takes to get us through this, a truck load of cotton balls sounds good.

I just wrote on another post that the snow will be flying soon and maybe we will feel better, yeah right. devil

luv and hugs
