Hi there,

I am sorry you are so tired, hopefully when you go off of lyrica, you will feel better. I take adderall for fatigue and it keeps me going through the day. It probably isn't for everybody, but it works for me. Also I try to exercise as much as possible. Walking gives you energy. Even if it is just a little. I don't know your circumstances, but if you try to get out and walk a little it might help. But I think I have found the right combo of medications because now I am working a part time job. And haven't been able to work for seven years. The first two years of fibo I slept through. Talk about missing out on life. I also do the malic acid supplements. That has helped a lot.

Best wishes to you to feel better.

Hugs, Karen

Evolving, I am so sorry that you are feeling so bad. It is frustrating and difficult dealing
with fibro. Each new med we take, we're hoping this is the one to make us feel like we
did before we met up with this illness. I do understand. I try to take one day at a time.
It isn't always easy, but I do believe things will get better.

This new doctor may give you differant options. Each med affects us differantly. I have
never heard of formila 303. I take Savella and flexeril, but I have been flaring the last
couple of weeks. Before the flare, Savella has been helping some with the allover achiness.

Exercise helps relieve some stress, builds muscle and gives me an energy boost.

Is the weather crummy where you live? Lots of us on the forum are flaring due to bad
weather.

Just wanted to let you know that I cared and hope you don't give up in believing it will
get better. Hope you like your new doc. Keep us posted.

Hugs

Robin
