... And it was really good! I'm tired now, though tongue

Does anybody else do it?

Hi Ivy, I am glad you enjoyed the hydro therapy.               yeah
The only hydrotherapy I have tried is the long leisurely soaks in my oversized jetted
tub. I take a 20 minute soak daily along with a daily shower and find it to be relaxing.
I really think it stimulates blood circulation and helps the muscles to relax.

I did this therapy all summer, but I can't afford the co-pay anymore. It was very beneficial when I was able to do it.

Pain is temporary.  It might last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year but eventually it subsides and something else will take its place.  If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

I haven't tried this but it does sound wonderful.  I do swim and have found moving in water does help me a lot.  Also, I do a lot of floating in a lounge in the pool.  It truly is a bit of heaven.

I also will take a hot shower and then, at the end, turn the water temperature down to a cool temperature...just for about a minute.  That does help me and the muscles feel better plus I feel refreshed.

I'm glad you like this and I hope it really helps you a lot.

It was great - lots of feeble-specific :-) exercises under the guidance of a physiotherapist. And I'm very lucky, as it only cost four dollars.

It was surprisingly tiring, though. I tried to be sensible and only did a few of each exercise instead of all of them... and still came home and had to sleep for the rest of the day and night.

The level of pain reduction it gives is amazing!!!
