I haven't tried this but it does sound wonderful. I do swim and have found moving in water does help me a lot. Also, I do a lot of floating in a lounge in the pool. It truly is a bit of heaven.
I also will take a hot shower and then, at the end, turn the water temperature down to a cool temperature...just for about a minute. That does help me and the muscles feel better plus I feel refreshed.
