Karen, this is very, very good.  The only myth I don't agree with is talking about it to your friends.  I've never had that help me one iota.  All that has done is get me "cures" from friends that mean well.  Yea, all of you know what I mean!  shakehead

I like that article. It was simple and to the point. I hope many people read it and try to gain some understanding of what it's like to have a condition with no cure and no real understanding of cause. I am tired of trying to explain it to people. I feel like only my Fibro family here can truly understand me. Thanks Karen.
