I was researching massage techniques for fibro and came across the following very informative article:

This goes into the probably causes/mechanisms for fibro as well as massage techniques with good diagrams.

This might be a good article to bring to the attention of your massage therapist. I'll be giving it to mine next appointment to try the techniques mentioned.

Fibro, anxiety, depression, high cholesterol
Citalopram, clonazepam, amitriptyline, crestor
Curcumin, Q10, Vit B12

interesting read, thank you. I'm going for my first post fibro massage in a couple weeks. I made sure I got someone who is used to treating fibro patients and myofascial disorder. I a little apprehensive but very excited to see what happens and what she says.
fibromyalgia and possible trigeminal neuralgia
50 mgs amitriptyline daily, T3s for facial pain (really not appropriate med)
