My husband has challenged me to see who can get more healthy in 3 months
We took baseline measurements the other day.
I was pleased.
I am not as heavy as I thought I was!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My personal goals are ... besides beating my husband at getting fit, of course ... are:
~ lose 30 lbs in 3 months
~ fit into a size 10 ... or at least 12 ... in 3 months
Hopefully while doing the above, the following will happen:
~ obtain an overall healthy lifestyle including less chronic pain and more healthy diet and exercise choices
My game plan is to start by walking for 30 minutes 2-3 times a day on a treadmill as well as practicing beginner belly dancing for 15 mins once a day. For my purposes, Saturday and Sunday count as a single day ... it's easier on my brain to keep track thataway with an even number of days. I will also be doing some strength training exercises and core work.
Think I can beat the hubby?
