Can anyone else relate?  Every morning, especially in these cooler months of the year, I wake up and my head feels like a cement block, with a dull pain bordering on a headache.  The only thing that seems to help is to steam my face over boiling water.  I suspect it may be my sinuses.   It really makes my mornings rough and off to a bad start.  I'd like to go back to bed and lie down with my sinus "bed buddy," but that takes time.  Thanks for any ideas on helping this.

I get up with a headache every morning so I can relate to that. I've been doing that for years, don't know where the pain comes from. I need quiet and a chance for the tylenol and caffeine to kick in before I can get on with my day. It's rare for me not to have a headache at some level. My rheumy seems to think it's part of fibro. I do think some of it comes from my neck.
luv and hugs
