Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to get ppl's insight how to deal with the tingling that I have going on when I lay down at night. My muscle soreness is in my shoulders and neck. I usually feel the tingling on my right side when I am laying on the couch. This morning I woke up with my hand feeling all tingly and numb (right side). When I got up, it all went away. The sensation makes me anxious. I don't have a pinched nerve. I have plenty of tests done in the past, blood work, x-rays and etc...I just need a peace of mind as to way this happens.

Thanks
sad

I've gotten that too.  I'm just guessing, but I think the nerves do get a little pinched in the muscles when our muscles are tense.  I get massages that help with that.

Hi Inpain.  I have had numbness and tingling in my hands for years.  It started when I was in my mid 20's and I'm 63 now.  I was tested and x rayed over the years and nothing was found.  I do have Raynaud's but that is aggravated by cold.  I think it does have to do with the tight muscles and pressure on nerves.  Massage and chiropractic is what has helped me.
