I cannot remember if I told you this one.  the hall light has a two way switch.  The light was on and I went to turn it off.  The switch I was using was down, so I stood there for a few seconds thinking, "oh, the light must be off."  when the dang thing was happily shining brightly.

Where I work we are on a computer network and can see and use all computer documents on the network.  Today I opened up a document on the computer, then promptly opened up the same document again.  When the second one opened, it informed me that someone else was already working on it and asked if I wanted to make a copy.  I clicked yes then spent the next several minutes wondering who else was working on my document.  I finally realized that other someone was me!!!

Yesterday, I tried to pay for groceries with my library card.  Both red, both plastic and I just kept swiping the stupid thing, telling the cashier I KNEW there was money in the account every time the scanner said "invalid account."  Of course, I did not have my purse with me...it was in the car as I have left it in the cart so many times...so when I discovered the mistake I had to leave a line of customers behind me and run to the van...Oh, they just LOVE it when that happens.

Does the fog ever lift?  Hmmm?

I went shopping a few weeks ago and left my shopping bag in the cart. I even put the cart back to where it was supposed to go. Luckily, someone was nice enough to bring the bag back into the store.

I opened my refrigerator the other day and found the dish soap in there.

I've gone through my clothes baskets before and found things other than clothes, like shoes, and books, and papers. and they're in my closets....lol

I went the wrong way in the parking ramp.  Kind of seems impossible, right?  I forgot I was already on the "exit" side when I parked I guess and I didn't have to turn to go down so what do I do???  I take a right and turn and start going down.  I meet cars coming up the ramp.  SO THEN WHAT DO I DO???  Instead of just backing up, since I am so flustered, I try turning my SUV around in the dang parking ramp.  Ever tried turning around a car in a cramped parking ramp???  Next to impossible.  In the mean time I have this nice gentleman that is the car in front of me yelling "now crank it to the right" "now pull forward and crank it to the left" and so on. The entire time cars are getting backed up down the ramp and honking their horns.  I backed into the wall once. I was totally and completely humiliated. If I would have seen somebody else doing that I would have thought "now that has to be the DUMBEST WOMAN I have ever seen!!  I have only told my mother about this and we laughed until we cried. I will never ever tell my husband this one. No idea why I turned when I was already on the down hill exit side, no idea why I didn't just back up to where I came from.  FOG???  LOL

I have almost turned onto the wrong ramp myself! In regards to driving, I have stopped at green lights and driven through red. Luckily, no one has been around when I have driven through a red light. I try hard to really pay attention. The latest is when I locked myself out of my apartment. I will walk right out of my apartment without my keys, knowing I am running errands. I also have a tendency to put something down, like my phone, and I will tear my whole place apart because I can't remember what I did with it!
