When I was first Dx'd I read everything there was on FM. That was over 10 years ago. I had no idea Brain Fog was one of the symptoms. I just figured it was normal aging, although I am only 40.
I really need to update myself.

Then I read some of your posts and I can relate to all. I live in Southwest Florida and even I notice I hurt more when storms come in. I can't imagine living in a cold climate. Yeeouch!

I think you all are terrific. Thanks

Check out my post Fibro flare symptoms  I found the link on internet. Some symtoms I did not even relate to fibro.  I too am 41 and have lived in Fl now live in Coastal NC so the storms can be bad on fibro.
Yes some of the posts have been helpful.
Hope you have a painfree day!

I live in the Tampa Bay area and I and the greatest weather barometer out there!  Yes, fibro fog is a symptom and I thought I was getting Alzheimer's when it all started.  Keep your sense of humor.  That helps alot.
Check out the list of symptoms on Fibro 101.  There are 59 listed!  shocked    The "fog" is #11.  Thank goodness we all don't have all of these symptoms!

I consider my fibro fog as comic relief. If asked what my fibro symptoms are, I always forget
to mention fibro fog.

I currently live in NW Arkansas, lived in 5 differant states and cold, damp, or rainy weather
will do me in.

Glad you joined us FMmom
