I feel like all ive been doing is complaining about my pain but ive even tried stretching lightly at home and walking leisurely around the store i feel like theres no end in sight. I keep hoping the lyrica will just take effect lol but its only been two days. I am keeping my head up most of the time and trying to keep my mind off the pain and it works a lot of the time. But then there are times I can hardly move. And my muscles will just tense up. This fibro thing is no fun. I dont wish this on anyone and hopefully one day they will have a cure! :)
Probable diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Along with: Bipolar,OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, anxiety, gastroparesis, pcos, add Meds: Neurontin, Lyrica, OMEGA 3 Fish oil and vit d3, tenex wellbutrin i stopped taking.

I agree with you 100%, fibro isn't fun. Soaking in a hot bath helps loosen me up and if I'm
stressed I know my muscles are tight so I do relaxation therapy by doing deep breathing
exercises. If needed I will take a muscle relaxer Flexeril(cyclobenzaprine). If I focus on the
pain, I hurt all the more. Finding ways to distract yourself from the pain help.

You do learn to live with fibro, one day at a time. Hoping the Lyrica helps you!
