My father in law passed away last week, so my husband and I traveled to Minnesota for the funeral. We drove 15 hrs in 2 days. Then spent 5 days where I had no recliner or decent bed. I am out of my Trazodone that I take at night for sleep - but I won't have a car to go pick it up until wednesday. We just got back home last night. Next week we are going back there. I'm just so tuckered out. I hope I make it ok.

Sorry about my whiny thread. My mother in law is going through so much, and here I am complaining.

I am so sorry for your loss.  As was posted above, try to relax and go with the flow of things, hopefully you wont go into a flare.  It is so hard when you lose somebody close to you.  I hope that your mother in law has the resources to help her through this difficult time.

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Hugs, Karen

Thanks, Robin and Karen. I'm mostly very fatigued. I am in a bit of a flare - but not too bad, considering everything.

Myjoy, I"m so sorry for what you're going through. Go easy on yourself, let your grief cycle itself, let your emotions cycle themselves, and your body will flow with them, avoiding a flare. Remember we're your Fibro Family and we are here for you.
