Hey everyone,

I had disappeared for a few months, but I missed you all, so now I'm back!

I've sorta been having a rough time with the fatigue of fibro, and just my emotional well-being. But I'm working through it the best I possibly can. Sometimes its harder then others, but I'm trying, and thats all anyone can ask of me, right?

Well, anyways, I hope everyone is having "good" days!

It isn't so much as to what anybody else asks of us, it is what we ask of ourselves.  When you know in your heart you are trying, you know that you are doing your best.  And that is all that we can do.
Try to go with the flow of things and try to enjoy something out of each passing moment.
Best wishes to you,
Hugs, Karen

Karen, I also really needed to hear that from someone else. Thank you so much for saying that about knowing in my heart I am trying my best. I have been feeling so guilty about not being able to work, and have been processing that all week.

Welcome back, SarahBear! we can work on our emotional well-beings together!

This is so trueyeah  I will have to keep this and read it every day. My house is a mess and my husband never complains and never has. He doesn't complain if he has to eat sandwiches for a week, he works and takes good care of me. I lost my job 2 months ago and feeling like I am not condtributing has put me in more depression (which I already had with the unrelenting pain). I wish I could take better care of things, I am trying. I have to get my spirits up and forget about not working and realize that my contributions, no matter how small, do matter. I am so glad that you posted this. I have always pushed myself to the limits and now that I can't do everything perfect, I get depressed and just don't do it at all.  Things have got to changeyeah and quick, maybe I will post this all over the house for a while to remind me. Thanks.........
If you think you can, you can. If you think you can't, you won't.
I may not do things like other people, but I get things done in my own way, in my own time.

Welcome back, SarahBear. It's nice to hear that even though you are having a hard time dealing with things, you are pushing through. I hope you will stay for a while. We all have missed you.
