Hi everyone, I'm back and very happy to report that they didn't find anything wrong with DH yesterday when they did the heart cath and he even got to come home late yesterday afternoon, YEAH!!!! Apparently the pain he has been feeling is reflux.

Yes, after our weekend celebration Grandma feels like she was ran over by a herd of reindeer over and over again. But we had a good time and all went well.

Since my Christmas is over with, except oldest son and DIL will be here from NC til the 28th, I have to catch up with you all.

Hope your all having a pain free morning!!!

luv and hugs
Marlee

Oh Marlee! You received the greatest gift of all...I'm so happy for you and Ken!! I went through the same thing Ken did, having to go back for another angiogram because of burning pain and it turned out to be reflux. The cardiologist told me the symptoms are identical, there is just no other way of knowing. Now you can breathe a big sigh of relief and get busy taking care of you! By the way, how are your little girls? Is Krissy behaving herself? I still have a "great big itch" for Bichons....but my Herbie had Krissy's personality so I have to keep reminding myself of all the naughty things he did to keep from going out and finding another Bichon....well, I somehow got way off track here.
Again, I'm SOOOOOO happy for you both....be well

Oh, Marlee, all I can say is Thank God!! I am so happy for you and Ken. My DH has the problem w/ reflux and it is has been better since he changed his diet. (That was like pulling teeth) They gave him some med for awhile, but dropped it after a few months. It began w/ a 'Z', but I can't remember the name right now. Yeah, I know - Surprise!

I'm glad that the Christmas gathering w/ your family went well. Now it's time for you and Ken to relax and take care of yourselves. If you haven't been hit by bad weather yet, you should go out and do something fun. You deserve to celebrate and then rest like crazy.

I am so happy for you, my friend, our collective prayers have been answered.

Merry Christmas!

God bless.  Alice.

Thank you each and everyone!!! Since they didn't have to do anything while they were in there this time he is bouncing right back. Of course he has the restrictions of no lifting, straining and etc. for a few days.

So yesterday I think I have the day to rest and catch up with all of you, no, no, no not allowed for Mom. Oldest son, DIL, great grandson and his daddy came late yesterday morning to spend the day. I know I only have this week with my oldest son before they go home but I am ready to drop, I'm on reserve fuel at this point and it is running out. sad

Krissy is doing better in a lot of ways Miriam, still trying my patience at times. You don't even know Tique is in the house most of the time she is such a little sweetheart. We had grandpuppy here all weekend too, he is a medium size dog, so that was a new experience for the girls. He was here last year but Krissy was just a puppy.

We are getting rain instead of snow, got lucky the temp is a little too high for snow, it's 34.

Hope you all have a pain free day and your ready for the big day.

luv and hugs
