Hey, grumpydogze with a smile, welcome to our family! I'm pretty good at smiling and swearing
at the same time all under the influence of brain fog. If you can laugh at yourself with this
crazy fibro, you are on the right track!

Hope you can come back and bring your smile with you again. I like it!

Hugs, Robin

Hi Grumpy and welcome to the family. Guess I could be Doppy, is that with a y or ie??? smilewinkgrin Keep smiling and telling yourself things could be worse cause they could be.

I love it when I write a long post and then find out I'm not logged in after I send it and it is gone forever in cyberspace. I don't know how many I lost when I first joined so don't feel alone.

To answer your other thread, I take a little Vicodin but my doc and I will be having a talk Mon. about his one pill a day thing, not getting it anymore. I know he is trying to look out for my future but I have to live for the day and today I hurt.

Read the fibro 101 thread second at the top and hang with us and we will all get through this together.

luv and hugs

I have learned to highlight and copy my post before I submit, that way if it goes away I can paste it back. Of coourse I copy and past again, just in case. By the time I type it twice I get frustrated and don't bother again.......Happy New Year!!!!
If you think you can, you can. If you think you can't, you won't.
I may not do things like other people, but I get things done in my own way, in my own time.
