There is no magic pill for fatigue, unfortunately.  You do need to stay on a sleep schedule.  That really helps.  Also, eat healthy.  If you are eating a lot of carbs, fast foods, etc. that will make  you tired, too.  I try not to buy junk foods and stick with protein, veggies, and fruit and I do feel better.  Lastly, gentle exercise gives me more energy.  I've talked about that a bazillion times so I won't go into it.  I hope you have a more energetic day today.

Hello,
I know that for myself that when I get tired sometimes I need to have my vitiamin levels checked such as B12 and D and such. You might want to think about it. You might just need a boost with a good vitamin......

My rheumy suggested I start taking B12 5000 mcgs daily. I have just noticed a differance in
my energy level. I've only been on them for a week now, so I'm hoping this good feeling
continues.
