Today is the first day in a long time that I feel pretty good. I feel *gasp* normal!!  I'm a bit stiff/sore thru my neck and shoulders, but that's been something I'm used to anyway. I slept well over the weekend, and got in a light workout in last night.
I am relatively new at this, and it seemed lately that maybe there wasn't anything to look forward to.
I know this can and will change at the drop of a hat, but I wanted to give some hope that there are GOOD days still out there for everyone.  I wish every single one of you, a GOOD day! :)

Congrats on the good day.  It's nice to hear someone feeling good.  I myself recently had several days in a row where I felt pretty good (for me anyway).  I hope everyone is having a feel good day.
