Yep. I push myself way too hard and expect too much, and beat myself up a good bit when I fail.

Jes' sayin'.

I take 100 mg of Zoloft, and a sleep med as well (for the fibro... I have really bad sleep disturbances). I stay busy. I exercise.

I also learned a nifty saying: If you cannot control or do anything about it, don't carry it around with you.
Fibromyalgia DX 2005. Ulcerative Colitis, arthritis, TMJ. Family History of Fibro--2 out of 3 siblings diagnosed.

There are three kinds of people in the world: ones who see the glass as half-full, ones who see the glass as half-empty, and others who see a big crack in the side which is leaking all over their %$#@# foot.

I have had anxiety problems all my life but the last 12 or 13 yrs it has been horrible at times and this is one of those times. I have had a lot of stress going on in my life which doesn't help any. I haven't been sleeping well either and I don't know if that can add to it or not.

I take xanax and I really don't know what my life would be like without it. The busier I am and the more distracted the better.

I hope you can get some help for this.

luv and hugs
