I have always wanted to learn about tai chi. And there was an interesting article about it. Kind of reinforces my thinking.

Waiting on diagnoses:  Fibromyalgia, MFS or MS. 
Abnormalities:  Vitamin D deficient, B12 Deficient, +ANA, +ACA        MTHFR heterogenous gene A1298C
 
Rheumatologist ruled out lupus on 01/15/10

Conditions: Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pelvic Pain, FAI, Reynauds, IBS, Surgical Adhesions, Ophthalmic Migraines
(plus physically unable to vomit due to Nissen, and I have extremely tiny veins...a joy for blood work or IV's)
Surgeries: Appendix, Uterus, Nissen Fundoplication for GERD, Left Ovary, Gallbladder, Right Ovary, TVT
Medications: Oxycontin, Tramacet, Cymbalta, Nortriptyline
Other: Vitamin D, Multi-Vitamin
