I don't know what's going on, but these last few days have been just horrid for me pain wise. Nothing in my routine has changed, nothing in my diet has changed....the only real difference is that I'm getting less and less sleep (I'm averaging 3 hours a night and NOT in a row). cry

Today I got up, and there was not one part of my body that didn't ache. I took my meds as usual, but ended up taking almost twice as much Tramacet today as I normally do, to try and take the edge off. I'm feeling better this evening, but boy, this has really taken it's toll on me.

I have a 90 minute full body massage planned on Friday with a girlfriend (and then our hubbies are making us dinner) and I can not WAIT for that...it's going to be heaven. In the meantime, I'm off for a soak in an Epsom salts bath....as hot as I can stand. smilewinkgrin

Hope everyone else is getting some relief from their pain!

Hi Pam,

I know what you mean. My pain is the weather, we have been having a lot of fronts move in and I think it is the barometric pressure that gets to me. We had a storm just miss us, but we still had that pressure effect beforehand. So it is in my body as if the storm actually hit us. lol...

I hope that you start to feel better soon. I know that this pain is no fun for anybody. And I sure am feeling it.

Take care,

Hugs, Karen

PS. Enjoy that soak.

Pam, not getting enough restorative sleep is a biggy for us so that may be the problem right now or not. I went several weeks without sleeping well and blamed everything on not getting enough sleep so I cut out all chocolate, I was eating a lot of it. The past two nights I feel like I have slept better so you would think that I would feel better but I don't. The soreness from playing with grandson is pretty much gone so pain isn't my problem it's fatigue so I have no idea what is going on.

Fibro is crazy, we hurt when we shouldn't hurt and we are tired when we shouldn't be tired. Too bad we can't talk to it and ask, "What is your problem today??? I can't fix the problem if I don't know what it is".

Feel better soon.

luv and hugs

I've been having those days as well with this stinkin cold weather, yesterday I hurt so much I could only lay in bed and cry. My mother called and my son told her "Mommy's in bed crying, she's sick."
But so far, today seems to be a better day YAY!

And I hope all of you have a good day and a better one tomorrow. :)

I hope you are doing better today.  The cold really affects me, too.  I dress warmly and then put on an outdoor cape and wear it in the house to keep my muscles warm.  I may look weird, but hey, it works for me!

Hi everyone...it's a much better day today...I had a great sleep night before last, and not too bad last night, so things are much more manageable today. Thanks for all the notes...much appreciated!!
