Does anyone else seem to have a problem with their body regulating it's temperature? I seem to get mini temperatures followed by being cold. This has been going on for some time now so I know it's not a virus/flu/cold. It seems to add to the exhaustion I have going on all the time. Also, I've been having a constant migraine for months with everything else ruled out and the sinus' in the back of my head hurt so bad I can't lay on my back anymore without getting a headache. Are these symptom anyone else gets?

Yes.  This is one of the symptoms of fibro.  It's nothing to worry about.

For years before and after my diagnosis I had an elevated temp but now it stays low..........I agree, nothing to worry about, just part of fibro.

Does having an elevated temp make you feel cold all the time? I'm always cold and is low blood pressure part of having fibro?

I have both low body temp (around 95) and low blood pressure. I found by taking Co.Q 10 my heart problems were smoothed out
and my blood pressure was raised as it's used in every cell in the body especially the heart. I did have sinus bradicardia....low
heart rate and now it's nearly normal with the chest pains erased.

I get cold occasionally but I always figured it came from working in near 100 degrees all day and the going out on my lunch break
and covering up with my nice fuzzy Pirates of the Carribean blanket. I rarely wear a winter coat unless it gets less than 20 degrees
and I have to battle a lot of snow. I wear a T-shirt, long sleeved insulated style shirt and a heavy hoodie.

My body temperature is usually low, which makes doctors not always believe I have a fever. A temp of 100 is actually really high for me! As for being hot or cold, I'm almost always one or the other, I am never in-between. But yeah, it's def a fibro thing!

Definitely an issue for me as well. Having even a mild temp makes me feel like I have the flu. I am constantly cold.

My migraines also mess with my internal thermostat.

Hmmm. That's very interesting. I didn't know that everchanging body temp was part of the game here. I also didn't know that migraines would mess with your internal thermostat. Thanks to everyone for your help on this one.

I'm usually colder than anyone around me.  Also, low blood pressure will make you colder.  I had a friend with very low blood pressure and she would be wearing turtleneck tops in the summer!
