Hi everyone,
I am new here at this forum but not new to HealingWell.   I have been reading/watching information from Ashok Gupta (London, UK) about his program to "retrain" the brain in order to improve/recover from CFS and fibromyalgia.  Has anyone here tried this program and did it work for you?
Thank you,   bablymers mom

My view is that if you have to pay to get it that it's a scam....any legit doctor that discovered a cure for this would make it available to everyone. Do you think if they ever come up with a cure for juvenile diabetes that only the ppl who could pay would have access to it? I think not.
Fibromyalgia DX Dec 2009, bilateral epicondylitis, IBS.... stay tuned more to come I'm sure.

I believe that the brain is an amazing thing.

Who's to tell if some people can tap into a part of it and make themselves whole again.

I just hope that when searching for ways to make yourself feel better we don't spend every dime we have trying anything and everything.

I have seen people do this and it scares me to think people are out there who will take my last cent for something that's questionable.

Throughly check things out and make sure you understand how it works before giving any money out.

May the sun shine on you and warm your heart.

There are things along those lines for Autism, too.  Coupled with specific extercises, you're supposed to be able to re-gain brain function and have improvement in symptoms.  I haven't tried any of it, but I imagine it can be helpful to a point.
