I haven't been formally diagnosed....so I am unsure....I do know my blood work all came out fine except vit d levels....I do have the migratoring aches/pains/spasms.

I have noticed this week around 1 ish I get lighthead....feels like I may pass out but I keep on going because of the kiddos.   This is also around the same time frame where I do get tired on to.

Help???  I plan on telling the doctor at the next appointment but once again, it seems depression is the magic word.   I'm not, even my husband agrees.

Fibromyalgia is enough to depress anybody, so if you do become depressed, that is probably why. I do know that the doc's pass out antidepressants for fibromyalgia. Is your doc diagnosing depression? Has he said anything about fibromyalgia. They will have to rule everything else out to get a dx.

Best wishes to you, I hope that you have a good night.

Hugs, Karen

My doctor orginally diagnosed me, at the next appointment, I had to see a different doctor, he put depression resolved.

Im 38, he said I am just getting old and aches/pains are normal.

I'd love to give your doctor a piece of my mind. 38 - getting old??? Sure, everybody gets aches & pains, but not enough to keep bringing them to the doctor (like you have nothing you'd rather be doing!) I had so many doctors not take me seriously when I was trying to get help, almost 20 years ago now. Don't give up!

I get lightheaded at times too, usually but not always before lunchtime. Shaky, feeling weak, very unpleasant. I still don't know why, but it waxes and wanes like everything else with this weird syndrome.
