First off not being diagnosed doesn't help, only makes it worse imho.

I don't know how many times I awoke to muscle spasms in my left pinky.  I'm not sure if it woke me up or it happened when I woke up.  I could feel my left forearm muscle tighten and then pinky would spasm.

Now I am tired and lightheaded, then throw a panic attack on that doesn't help.   Trying not to cry but just confused about what is going on.  Yesterday it was stomach pain.  I really wish I could pin point one thing but it is impossible.

The only thing I can count on is my neck to be tight cry

Kellie Jo,

I am sorry that you had such a rough night. But when you said that your pinky hurt, it made me laugh. I know that it isn't funny, but it brought a smile to my face on this cloudy day.

Do you take muscle relaxers? I take soma and it really helps and doesn't make me sleepy. I hope that you can pinpoint what is going on. It is no fun bieng woken up all night. You need rest. I hope that you get this sorted out soon. Let us know how you are doing and what comes up if you talk to the doctor. I hope that your pain goes away.

Best wishes,

Hugs, Karen

Hi Kellie Jo, not getting a good nights sleep is a real killer for me also. I honestly don't know what I am doing different but I have been sleeping really good for the last month. I take that back, I started taking magnesium and calcium citrate at night for about that amount of time. I hope you get a diagnosis soon and figure out the best course of treatment that helps you.

Separate bedroom from Mr. Snorey (!) warmer blankets, darker curtains, I'm trying everything. Just having quiet is already helping, knock on wood.....

Sorry, KellieJo. You can't really expect yourself to be too reasonable or rational when you're not getting deep sleep!
