What have you been putting off doing? No matter if our lifestyle were 'normal' or not we often put off doing certain things we just can't stand. Maybe you put off paying a certain bill. Or you might not want to make a phone call that's necessary. Have you put off returning something you borrowed? Or is it your turn to host a neighborhood party and you've put it off because of those obnoxious new neighbors?... tongue

I'm particularly bad at making phone calls. I have no idea why but it's something I've always hated doing. Once I make the call I'm fine but I just can't pick it up and call someone easily. My kids are just the opposite and I'm glad about that but I wish I could be better about making over due calls.

What have you been putting off doing?

Cleaning out my closets and drawers; I hope to get to that this summer.

Cleaning my windows and blinds; I'm seriously considering hiring that one out to a couple of teens.

Unpacking! I'm living in a sea of boxes. But the thought of unpacking and actually putting things away is overwhelming.

Anything business-oriented. I mean all the little detail work - phone calls, organization decisions and implementation, etc. Where to keep a certain kind of file, how to categorize my stuff, balancing a checkbook...filling out forms, yuck!! As an elementary-school sub, what I hate the most is if they ask me to copy something. I'd rather face a big, bratty class than a copy machine.

I've put off organizing my photos for a long time.  I intend to scan some old ones of my sons when they were little and do some scrapbooking.

Maybe I will get this done when I retire next year.

God Bless!

Finishing my bankruptcy papers. For some reason I keep putting it off. I've paid off most of the drs that I use and one hospital
bill but lo and behold I have to go in for more surgery. I have a lypoma tumor that is wrapping itself around my arm.....goody.

I go on May 12 to see the dr on the arm. I've never had one grow so fast. It started out a couple of months ago with a burning
sensation in the wrist, two weeks later it was the size of a pea, two more weeks and the size of a quarter, now it's taken over
about a third of my wrist and I'm getting worried about it going between the bones. I had one in my arm do that and I went
back to work too early and it pinched off and regrew. With this I want to see if they can immobilize it so it don't happen again.
The one in my knee is growing, too. I decided to fall off the steps and pinch the kneecap so I had an immediate one. Not sure on
the other knee as I can hardly bend it....doing the gimp thing again. Without the humor I'd be lost.
