I do know what you mean. We live in NW Washington, a marine type of climate. Our weather today went from blue sky and sunshine, to black clouds and rain, to sun to hail, to wind....and all in a matter of an hour or so. The arthritis goes wild but so does the fibro. I think many of us have this same problem, at least those with arthritis. Part of my arthritis is in my spine in the neck area. The fibro pain in that area is mighty nasty too so the combination is like you say. How do you know what it's from.
But I guess what I do is just try and treat pain in general and hope for the best. I do love weather, the wilder the better but it is hard on this aging body.
I hope you can find some relief and the weather settles down in your area.
Gravitation is not responsible for people falling in love.
