I know that most of us wake up hurting. Lately I have been trying to start each morning
with a positive thought. My positive thought ...It is going to be a great day for walking!

Last week end my husband and I went dancing for the first time in a long time. We had so much fun that we are going again this week end. I didn't feel too bad after 2 nights of dancing except my hand and arm hurt from some of the turns we do. But it was worth it. We did o.k. for 2 60+ year olds. My motto is I am not dead yet so keep moving. wink

My positive thought is that even though my muscles hurt and feel weak, I can still use them....which is more than a lot of people can do.

Positive thought for the day:  Even though I ache and have muscle spasms I know that there are others on this site  and other sites that are in far worse pain than I am.  I am grateful that for now soma & ultram seem to keep things bareable.  I am grateful for my 3 month old very active puppy that I can't wait to train for sport.

I have a lot to be grateful for  and this was a good exercise to remind me, thank you!!

P.S.  I am still working on Bio Cranial Therapy for the neck..............will keep you all updated

My positive thought: I just did 5 loads in my Izuzu to the dump and can almost see my yard again. What a great feeling.
Now all I have to do is get rid of the scrap wood and metal.

My positive thought is I can now hear on the telephone!  I bought a closed-captioned phone and my daughter set it up for me last night.  WOW!  It's fun to REALLY know what people are telling me!

Sherrine, I'm so happy for you! I know how hard it is to wonder if you heard right, or would it be more of a hassle to ask the person, "what?" again? I think if I didn't do that, people would be in shock, or think I suddenly got "quicker!" :) That's good news.

My postitive thought is that I am feeling better, and am now able to complete some of the tasks around the house that I have been neglecting when I did not feel well.
