Does anyone suffer from burning feet  and sore hands during hot temperatures? This hits me every summer when the temperature goes sky high.
Please share if you dare???

I wonder how your Vit D levels are. Perhaps they are acting up because they feel the sun?
It doesn't look like your retaining. IF you haven't added anything knew perhap increase your fluids?

I have this all year around night and day I need to be careful of what shoes I wear as this can make it worse.

I do this, too. Hands mostly. I call it "dry heat"... happens all the time for me, though, and especially first thing in the morning. it feels like my hands are being roasted in a hot oven. My feet do the same, but only if I've been standing on them too long... and by "too long" it's usually hours and hours... then they feel sore to the touch until the next day. Freaky.

I have the "sunburnt" feeling in both my legs and arms, sometimes the back of shoulders. Mine occurs at any time no matter what the weather is. !
