Ever since last weekend when the weather was really changing and getting hotter I was so stiff and the pain was pretty bad for aches. Now I feel like I have the flu. I just can't catch a break this month. I know that it could be because of the ac finally being turned on in my building and at work on top of having a sinus spray because my sinus' might be infected. I can't shake the low grade fever and even worse sluggishness. I'm more tired than usual and it doesn't want to go away. Even at the end of my shift when I'm slightly more mobile. Is anyone getting this flu-like feeling because of the weather changing? I just want to go on disability and lay at home. I have that image of when Karen from WIll and Grace almost face plants into Jack's massage table and slides to the end and that's all I want to do. Just hit the pillows and lay there and sleep. I have tried exercise to see if that will keep me more alert at work or period when I deem it worthy to open my eyes, but that has an uphill battle that I'm not ready to tackle. Especially working nights.
