I promised I'd share my pathology report once I got the results.
To remind all of you, last week I had surgery for hysterectomy for endometrial cancer.  The surgeon said it all looked good to the naked eye, but the path report would tell the tale.  Well, the cancer has spread to the cervix, so now I will be referred to a medical oncologist  here in town to participate in courses of chemotherapy and radiation both. the chemo will be in a series of three treatments twice, before and after radiation.  The radiation will take place daily for 6 weeks straight.  That is all the detail I have so far.  I will share any news that comes my way.
I gotta tell you that it hit me like a ton of bricks--this news.  I still feel a bit shocked, but I'm coming to terms with the results.  Listen friends, I need your prayers more than ever now.  Please do this for me, pray and pray hard.  If you don't pray, then just send positive thoughts my way please.  That will help too.
I love all you guys and I'm sorry to have to share this news with you, but at the same time, I'm so grateful that I have all of you to share it with.
God bless and have a lpd.

Many prayers being said for you for a very speedy recovery.
However, I have to ask, wasn't your cervix removed in the hysterectomy?  Were your lymph nodes affected?

Well, I got my appointment with the oncologist for June 15 at 2:15. That's not too far away at all. I am pleased that things are moving along swiftly. I need some questions answered too. As soon as I know, you all will know.

Thanks for all your continued support.

Oh Linda,
I'm sorry I wasn't able to get here sooner. I know this wasn't the news we all were praying for, but we will not stop praying. You are a very strong lady w/ a wonderfully positive mind set. We are w/ you in prayer and spirit.
God bless.  Alice.
