It has been a little over a week since I sprain my knee. The steriod shot did help but it still hurts especially if I have been up walking . Not sure if all the pain is just the sprain. It hurts in my ankle and foot too. My knee is still a bit swollen and aches. I go back to the dr. next week. Gonna ask more about what kind of sprain I have and just how long it will take before it gets better. The dr. didn't give me any specifics about what kind of sprain I have, she just told me that the xray showed arthritis and that I have a sprain. I was in so much pain from the exam I wasn't thinking clear enough to ask questions. I am thinking of seeing a different dr. when I go back. Costo. still hurting too and can't sleep. sigh......so how is your day? :-)

Sorry for your pain. If I had a dollar for every question I forgot to ask the doctor, I'd be a millionnire! It's very frustrating. Definitely go to a different doctor if this one won't take enough time for you.

My day? Lots of pain in my shoulder, some in the sacroiliac, usual trouble spots when I do anything I shouldn't. I got on a chair and took down some curtains today, how insane is that?? Extending my arms up and out for a few seconds is always a huge no-no.
