Mondays are the hardest days for me to get going. I'm still not showered or dressed.
It seems that this is always my lazy day and I have to really push myself to get going.
I think it's just a bad habit that I need to break. Does anyone else have a lazy day?

Hi crazy just thought I would let you know that mondays are my unmotivated day too. I have my grandson on the weekends and by the time he leaves it takes at least two days to fully recoup. He is almost 2 and already quite the handful. He is a bright spot in my life and I love him so much, but he likes testing his limits lol.

sotired, I sure understand how a little one can wear you out. My grandaughter will be
2 in September and I have trouble watching her for a few hours!

I have to push myself every day! It's not that I'm not doing anything, I'm just doing a little of this and a little of that and next thing I know, it's noon and I'm - like you said - not showered or dressed. Ugh.

I feel the same way everyday too. I don't know if it is the weather or what. It has been awful humid lately and the rain has been missing us. So I have been really tired lately. I don't get dressed until the afternoon unless I have to. I guess I will just have to ride this out. That seems to be the trick to fibromyalgia.

Hope that you feel better soon.

Hugs, Karen

Hi, today is my "Monday" I guess between all day busy / crazy day Sunday and 2 10 year olds yesterday...it got me.  I honestly think mune is from clenching in my sleep.  I wake up and arms are asleep, legs ache, and so does everything else.

I still have one of the kids, (grandson), dinner in the oven, laundry done and folded, dishwasher loaded but it won't be enough for hubby.  He thinks everyone should be doing something at all times EVERY day, big fat raspberry to him, I'm done for the day.

Just thought I would let you know that you are not alone which I'm sure you already know lol.

Thanks for the input my fibromite friends! I figure my Mondays are usually my lazy day
because I spend my weekends acting like a "normal person", usually throwing caution to
the wind more than usual. My hubby is home on the weekend and I want to be able to just
get up, be adventurous with him and I guess I pay for it on Monday. I shouldn't complain
because I do have fun on the weekend. When I play too hard I usually pay!
