I'm alone tonight (family is out and about), in pain, had a VERY stressful day, and am feeling miserable and a bit sorry for myself. I love coming here for compassion and a pick-me-up.

How about a gigantic GROUP HUG that encompasses all of us?

Thanks, all. It helps to "talk" about it, and I can always find someone here to "listen."

I try to stay positive, but every so often I get down and need some support. I can ALWAYS find it here. This board means a great deal to me. No one understands like my fibro friends.

I hope yoru feeling better by now. Hugs
I've been diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks.
My symptoms are......backache, severe headaches that Tylenol and Iboprofen won't touch, problems concentrating and problems remembering stuff, constipation, sleep disturbances, I tire easily, sometimes weakness, sometimes aches and pains, more heart palpitations lately too,  Im sure there is more but it's hard to think. Zyrtec for allergies and sometimes a nasal decongestant.
I take Paxil and sometimes Ativan for my anxiety. Over the counter I take a multivitamin, stool softener, a vitamin B supplement when I remember, AZO yeast when I remember. I think I've given up on Tylenol and Ibuprofen but have turned to Aleve, pain patches, pain creams, and my best friend my heating pad.
