Today is my first day on it and it has been good so far. It helped with most of my pain and also helped improve my mood. I am a little skeptical about antidepressants so just wondering what anyone has to say about it. Any positive or negative feedback will be much appreciated!
Peace, Heather

It has saved me. I have GAD ( generalized anxiety disorder ) and lexapro is real good for that. Hasn't helped with pain though.

I took it for two years but it made my vision blurry so I went off.  I don't think it did much for my pain either.  I stopped taking it without weaning properly and have had some horrible withdrawals.  No more SSRI's for me, but that doesn't mean it won't work well for you.  Good Luck!

I am on lexapro and have been for about 5 months now. It seems to help alot with the depression and anxiety but didn't notice much difference in pain control. I like it though, very few side effects and I take mine at night and it helps me sleep. Hope it works for you. Take care.
Gentle Hugs,
Shannon
