Hi everyone,

I had my appt with a new primary care physician yesterday.  I really liked him and he said my neurologist was very good.  That made me feel better.  He was impressed that I had kept my own medical file and started a pain journal.  He seems to think I have a good team of doctors around me.  He asked if my old doctor referred me to the neurologist.  I said nope, he refused to refer me and told me it was all in my head.  He had a look of disgust on his face.  I was able to see the neurologist without a referral because my insurance doesn't require one but I did get one from my chiropractor.  I have a new doc and I feel pretty good about him.

Hay Lana,

So good to hear that you found a good doctor. It makes our journey's a little easier when we have a doctor that we trust and like. So sorry to hear your last one told you it was all in your head. What a jerk! Keep us posted on your situation, maybe you will start getting some relief now. Take care.
Gentle Hugs,
Shannon

Lana, I'm glad you like your doctor. It makes it easier to convey all your symptoms
and concerns to someone who actually believes you. It is great that you have a team
of doctors who really care. I know you must feel good knowing that they are all
working towards helping you feel better.
