I sprain my knee about 2 months ago. Got a cortisone shot and it got better. Now it is hurting like mad. I know the fibro. is making it worse. I am so discouraged. Pain from fibro., costochodritis and now my knee....just too much.

Doesn't it suck when old injuries come back to haunt us. I fell on both of my knees years ago and they still bother me. Hope that you feel better soon.

Hugs, Karen.

Sheila, I'm so sorry you are hurting. Hoping the pain subsides. It is hard when you
have one thing after another...it's like piling on. There are days I feel the same way
and allow myself a good cry. I feel better for it! Hope you feel better real soon!

Hugs, Robin

Hi Sheila, Im sorry you have so many problems right now and I understand your pain with your knee I have osteoarthritis in both knees and when it flares up it is unbearable. Keeping my fingers crossed here because I havent had a flare up for at least 5 years. Hoping it feels better soon.

Thanks everyone. It is tough for sure. Today I just took each moment as it come along and dealt with it. Been a long day. Now I am waiting for sleep to come. Taken something to help me relax and sleep. Maybe tomorrow will be better. It does make me feel better to know that I am not alone in all this. Just knowing that others have felt this way makes me feel less crazy. The pain makes me feel like I am losing my grip on everyday things. I wish it weren't so hard for us.
