Have had problems the last 2 days with this, tried baby lotion to cool it not working.  It's mostly in my hands.

Cold water feels wonderful but then hands start to ache due to the coldness.....any suggestions?

Sorry, Kellie, wish I could help. I get that in my more private regions, not that any doctor can see anything :( so I know it's not fun.

Kellie, Have you noticed any color changes in your hands? I have Raynauds and I
experiance burning in my hands and feet sometimes. The blood vessels constrict and
can produce a burning sensation, and cause my hands and feet to turn white, then blue
and red.

Achey that would be uncomfortable.......praying for ya sis....

Robin, I suspect I do, in the spring, winter, fall I do wear gloves in the house due to my hands being ice cold and nothing can warm them up, my right hand is the worse and does turn to a whiteish color. My nose is like an iceberg sure wish someone would invent a nose warmer.

Speaking of my right hand that is the one with the most burning sensation........didn't put two and two together......duh....

Kellie, mention it to your doctor, if it is Raynauds they can give you a calcium channel
blocker. I take Diltiazem and it helps some. Good luck to you!

Achey, just the thought of it.. You must be so uncomfortable...I hope it goes away!

I have raynuads too and when it first hit my hands stung with pain and turned colors. They stay cold. See your dr. about it so you can get help. Hope you feel better.

I have alot of burning sensations in my skin. I have discovered that bath and body works makes this coling spray that is scented like their signature scents, and it actually works to cool the burn! Makes me smeel good and oddly enough it doesnt seem to bother my sensitivities to chemicals.
just a thought!

Wondering if the burning sensation could be from using chemicals like strong cleaning products or bleach?

I am not able to use them. Seventh generation is my favorite brand of cleaning products.
Fibromyalgia, CFS, multiple chemical sensivity, herniated disks, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, ADD, sjorgens, sleep apnea, asthma, headaches. The only medication I take is ibuprofen at night to sleep along with my supplements for sleeping. I am on a regiment of different supplements, I eat very nutritiously, and ever since my injury years ago I have been doing prescribed stretches x2 daily.
