I've noticed in the last few weeks I have increased to taking more pain reliever....yesterday I didn't take anything until 4:00 by then I had that flu achey feeling, back was hurting and dead tired. Yes, I took a nap.

Today I woke up and decided I ain't having another day like yesterday. So I took 2 ibuprofen, I'm with you it's hard when you feel better than wham.

Lisa, we all do it from time to time. I think most of us know that there is always a
good chance of flaring when we act like "normal people". Sometimes you got to do
what you want to do and pay the price.

You accomplished what you wanted and your house looks good. I am sorry that you
are hurting though and hope you feel better soon. That darn fibro usually catches up
with ya!

Yes, it is! I always think that if the house was on fire I could run, carrying my cat out! Not everybody could do that.
