My DH and I just got back from a week's camping at the lake in our travel trailer.

This is one of the most restful trips I have experienced and best of all it was about 30 minutes from home.  My pains have all eased and stress just floated away.  I don't know how long it will last, but right now I feel great.

God Bless!

That's wonderful, Shannon! Can you bottle some up for the rest of us?
Did you even find your mind??

Reach out and touch someone.  If they don't touch you back it's because you still  have brownie batter on your face.

Hey Achey, no I didn't find my mind.  I just can't remember where I left it, but I would sure like to find it again.

Ohhhh how nice is that?

Maybe since it is so close to home, and you already have the trailer, you can make more of these rejuvenating excursions. The medical value alone makes it worth it.

Oh, and remember to take me along. :D

I would love to be able to take everyone of you with me to my camping trips.  This is very new to me, but I'm enjoying it so much.

I think it's the best therapy I've had in years.  I have a rude awakening week after next when school starts again, but in meantime we're going to try to get away for just a few days at another lake near by.

I can just feel my stress melting away.  I need this so badly.

God Bless!

I'm so glad you had such a wonderful time!  I love hearing things like this.  Now, try to keep it going.  Even with school starting soon.  Pace yourself and make time for yourself and you will feel better in the long run.

I hope you had a S'More for me!

Oh, Sherrine,  did you know that I had never actually had S'Mores over an open fire before?  Believe it or not any that I had ever eaten was always in a micro-wave or store bought.

They are wonderful and so sinfully delicious.  Like I said before, "this is all new to me" and I really like it.

God Bless!
