Dont laugh as hard as my husband did lol....I wear two wrist braces for my carpal tunnel only when I am sleeping. Yesterday and today while we were sleeping (Hubby sleeping, and I was just at that edge of falling asleep lol) when all of the sudden I had a spasm in my lower arm, hand that came up and popped me in the mouth! I just love them spasms! lol...no bruises tho lol

Oh dear, Not!! That sure must have been a surprise. My first thought might have been..."why did you hit me, dear?"...lol I had both of my carpel tunnel surgeries many years ago and once I had the first one I wondered why I waited to long to have it done. I had instant relief. But...over the past year or so I do get muscle jerks in my arms, especially when I've been using them a lot like when typing or sewing. I'll be using the mouse to work on a photo and all of a sudden my arm jerks and the cursor goes flying across the screen. Sure looks silly!...lol

Next time aim to the left a bit...at least you won't hit yourself. What side did you say hubby sleeps on?...lmbo

Holy moly, Notluvinit! Glad you're okay. :D I get twitches in my legs when I'm sleeping - not my arms - but I'd have freaked if I'd have clocked myself like that. Maybe put some memory foam over your arms when you go to bed as a preventative? LOL. Hope it never happens again.

Rofl, you would be suprise what can twitch.....I can deal with most of it except when it's in the eye, then I'm afraid others will notice. They may think I'm winking at them, alot.

Sorry, but that is funny. LOL!

Glad you are ok though.

My EX used to hit me in his sleep. He would roll over and smack me in the face or put his arms behind his head and I'd get an elbow in the eye.

Thinking back on it now that we are divorced I'm wondering if he was sleeping at all. LOL!
