Well, I have complained so much about how I felt and ranted and spent time getting it off my chest here. so I thought it appropriate to let you guy's know how great a day I had today. My doctor added the Lyrica to my mixture of medications and I guess they finally kicked in because today has been the best day I can remember in about a year. Although I decided NOT to push it today I have been "nearly" pain free today. on the pain scale, I have gone from a 10 to about a 4. Have not seen a 4 in I don't know when.  Hard to understand How that happens because yesterday I wanted to crawl up in a ball and die. This disorder is so unpredictable. Hoping that tomorrow is the same. turn

I'm glad too, Steph!  And yes, it does help us all because it's so easy to go down.....downer...........down to the depths with this unkind syndrome of ours.

Thank you all for you replys... It really is nice. It's 9pm and I am still up, have NOT had my shower and already in bed as usual just to wake up again in a few hours. I slept through the night last night, and it was a deep sound sleep. I think that kind of restorative sleep really is one of the big pieces of the puzzle. But anyway, so far so good, it's nice to be able to enjoy the evening for a change...

I'm very excited...
