I got the Ab Circle Pro Machine today and I am already wore out just taking it out of the box. LOL!

Could this be a sign??
I need to do something to get rid of this extra weight and thought maybe I could do this for a few minutes a few times a day.

Guess if it doesn't work out I can always take it back. tongue

Sounds like you got your workout today. Tomorrow you can put it together and get another workout!

I didn't put it together I went and walked instead.

Hoping my brother will stop by tomorrow and he will have it all put together by the time I get home from work. :D

Hi there,

Be careful with that. I almost bought one and my physical therapist said that those are touble waiting to hit. Not sure what all the trouble is and didn't really ask cause I'm REALLY not into that stuff. LOL... A walk in Walgreens is enough to put me under.

Just be careful not to hurt yourself..

Uggh i tried walking my half hour yesterday at the farmers market and am paying for it today. I dread when i have to shop cause it seems i am in terrible pain for three days afterwords. They say walking helps, apparently i must be doing it wrong or somethign cause it seems to make me worse!

Maria, watching the comercials, it looks fun for a person without arthritis in the
knees. Let us know how your first session goes!

1 feisty lady, If you are not a walker, a half hour may be too much for you.
Stretch before you walk and start out with short distances and slowly build up.
Some of us had trouble going to the mail box and now can go miles.

Thanks Minnymouse,
I'm going to start slow and see how it goes.
If It hurts too much, I can take it back or sell it.
I'm just so tired of my middle age poochie stomach. UGH!

Thanks Heather.
I'm lucky that I'm not as bad off as some, I can still do some physical activity with limitations. But I don't always know them until after the fact. LOL!

Fiestylady:
I don't always feel better while walking or after either. LOL!
But I do try to make myself do it anyways.

Robin,
that is the one thing I'm now worried about with the knees.
Know after ordering it and I've had some problems with my knees and maybe the onset of arthiritis starting as well.

I'll just try it and see what happens.
I read some reviews on it and some have said that they got extra padding for the knees and that helped.
