Laughter and Tears

Life is full of joy, sometimes full of strife
Laughter and tears are elements of life

When you are down and feeling"blue"
Look for the positive to pull you through

Live to enjoy each and every day
Positive thinking will help you find the way

Thanks everyone!

The mind and body do have a relationship. We have a chronic illness. There is no
cure, the meds that we take to manage our problems sometimes cause other
problems. We can feel tired and achy even on our good days and we never know
when the next flare is going to hit. BUT...we can change the way we think. Fibro
is a part of us and we need to be kind to ourselves and encouraging. We need to
find ways to help ourselves and not hold ourselves back from living life to the
fullest. We can be happy and hurt at the same time. It is possible!

Hugs, Robin

Thanks Robin, the poem comes at a good time for many of us.
Mind and body do work together, that's why when my mind said take a nap today, I did and my body was so appreciative. LOL
