Going to try Zumba tonight.

Hopefully I can do my squats and heel lifts without passing out or getting dizzy or my legs giving out on me.

Had a rough time of last week and ended up going to the doctor cause my legs hurt so bad and my knees and  I couldn't do anything and almost passed out.
I couldn't begin to do a squat.

So keep the good thoughts coming my way please.

I have felt a bit better this week so we'll see what happens.

Thanks guys. :D

It wasn't too bad.
I could do more than I did last week and I didn't feel as bad.
But I still couldn't do what I could in the beginning.

I took my 2 aleve a half an hour before and at least my knees aren't killing me.

I walked 2 miles mon, tues and wed nights with no problems and have been feeling better this week.

I guess in a way, I still think that I can do whatever I want.
I hate thinking that I can't do something or I can't try something.
I'm stubborn that way. lol

And I'm thankful that my Fibro isn't as progressed right now as most of yours is.

Mama6:
Yes, I've done a bit on the machine every night since I've had it.
I do about 20 reps on it and that's all.
I want to start out slow with it.
But so far I do like it and it's not hurt my shoulders.
